Private Party Transfer (PPT) Online Sale

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Mile High Arsenal relies on the CBI (Colorado Background Investigations) and the FBI National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) to conduct the required background check for all firearms sales and transfers.  When a background check is initiated, there will be three primary results – PROCEED, DELAYED, and DENIED.

If a customer receives a status other than PROCEED, there are two options to continue:

DELAYED – Mile High Arsenal will place the firearm(s) on hold for 30 days, or until the proceed status is obtained, whichever comes first. After 30 days, we will return the firearm(s) to the seller or release them back to our inventory.

DENIED – In the event that the background check status is DENIED, this will end the sales and transfer of the firearm(s). We will provide a copy of your denial result document. You can appeal CBI's decision by going to their website - https://cbi.instacheckappeals.state.co.us and follow the instructions.
